The practical controls and limits of Studio.
Account access
Email verification is required before sign-in. Recovery codes are delivered from trimsum.com. Password reset and password changes revoke existing sessions. Keep access to your email account secure.
Workspace protection
Studio checks the current authenticated account and workspace ownership on the server. Revision checks protect concurrent saves, and finalised records are preserved. Browser redirects never grant paid access.
Billing and retained records
Stripe webhooks and current subscription checks control paid operations. A full successful refund of the current paid invoice removes paid access. The workspace owner can still download a full backup and manage billing when unpaid.
Backups and limits
Download a full backup regularly and keep a protected copy. Studio requests and responses are limited to 4 MB. Very large workspaces need operator assistance; the larger Mac-local limits do not apply to Studio. The free demo is for synthetic data and is not a protected account.
