How Studio, the free tools and the demo handle your data.
Your Studio account
Studio collects your account name and email address. Neon Auth handles passwords, verification and recovery. Sign-in uses a secure HttpOnly session cookie; account tokens are not saved in browser local storage.
Your salon records
Saved Studio workspaces, imported sales, staff agreements, decisions and fixed runs are stored in the dedicated hosted database. Access is restricted to the signed-in workspace owner. Downloaded exports and backups are saved by your browser; protect those copies.
Subscription payments
Stripe hosts payment entry and subscription management. Trimsum keeps subscription references, billing status and refund-review requests. Do not put card numbers or security codes in a refund request.
Free tools and the demo
Public calculators and file checks run in your browser. The demo uses fictional records and browser local storage, separately from Studio. Clearing browser storage clears demo changes; it does not delete hosted records.
Website measurement
With your permission, Google Analytics cookies measure public page visits, scrolls and link clicks. Private account routes, imported file contents, form contents, URL queries and fragments are excluded. Vercel also provides website analytics and performance measurement. Use Analytics preferences to change your choice.
